“Jenny is a tremendous visionary. She not only listens but she helped me develop my own ideas. She is extremely thoughtful, patient and respectful of my concepts. She was always mindful of cost, offering many different alternatives with different price points. She is an excellent communicator and was an amazing asset throughout the entire build process. “Lisa and Paul’s work is spectacular! I got my laundry sink converted to a dog wash station and the end result is beautiful. The work is very clean and of high quality at a very reasonable price. I really enjoyed working with them both. I always feel a bit skeptical starting construction projects because I’ve experienced bad contractors who Change Order you to death or have lack of integrity but not with Lisa and Paul. They were very honest and transparent, used open communication about progress/timeline which I appreciated a lot. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire project. Overall, I had an exceptionally good experience and would definitely use Ybarra Services for more home improvement projects again.”

“Owner Cathie Tritel is very knowledgeable of plant, flower and tree placement in relation to sunrise/sunset orientation of homeowner's yard. Her project drawings are extremely detailed, leaving no room for speculation by the landscape contractor she selects. She also is exceptionally good at balancing design and color of all hardscape elements like Roman stamped concrete, seatwall, raised garden, flower pots, lighting, etc. with shrub, trees and flower placements. Result for us was a well-balanced and aesthetically pleasing yard. She also is good at keeping the landscape contractor on schedule and ensuring all work meets her high quality standards. She even took the time to teach us yard care basics like pruning and proper watering. We are extremely glad we selected Bluestar to do our backyard makeover! Even though it's winter, flowers are blooming now!”

“David did an exquisite job with my yard: it's an oasis and I spend as much time as I can outside taking it in. it's easy-maintenance, beautiful all seasons, and simply peaceful. The process was painless, and David listened carefully to what I wanted and "got" who I am. Moreover, he was mindful of my budget, and I never felt like I had to give up anything. Over the years I have contacted him with questions, and he has always been generous with his time and ideas. He is knowledgeable, talented, and creative. I LOVE LOVE LOVE his work!”

“I worked with Hilary on all the tile projects for our home remodel. She always picked up on my concepts and gave creative suggestions. I had so much fun working with her! Both bathrooms are spectacular. We also did a laundry room backsplash and the kitchen backsplash. I don't like to do what everyone else is doing and Hilary helped bring my ideas to life while still keeping to a reasonable budget. The product selection in the showroom was great... we were able to pull things together and get good visuals in order to make decisions.”
