Jay was able to suggest suitable plants for our difficult conditions where we are at times blasted by sea winds. A positive and cheerful team made the project go smoothly. “I run a small printing business in Pymble and in September 2016 found I needed to vacate my existing premises and be completely moved by the end of October. As you could imagine, this was a very busy and stressful time with a huge amount to organise. The first and most important thing I needed to know was where am I going to move and is it going to be a suitable facility for my equipment. On very short notice, Jordan came to my proposed new site and was able to answer all my questions and solve the problems we had on our initial walk through. Within two days he had prepared a detailed and complete quote for the works needed to renovate the premises into the space I needed to operate my business. Being forced into a situation with very limited time, Jordan was amazingly accommodating to fit me into his schedule and completed all the works within the deadlines and budget he had quoted. To make this happen Jordan worked long hours and on weekends to get the job done. He had a fantastic team of trades that backed him up who were all a pleasure to deal with. In the end, the job was finished a few days ahead of time and the workmanship and finishes were all exceptional. Two years on, I still get customers coming through my door and commenting on how great the shop looks which is a ringing endorsement of the impressive work Jordan has done for me and my business. I have included some (amateur) photos that were taken before, during and after the renovation works. The site was transformed from a boxed in maze to an open and functional space to for us to work in. I would recommend Jordan as he is an exceptional builder and know who my first call will be to next time I need any building or carpentry done at my business or home. “There will always be unexpected issues when doing a renovation and the way the contractor handles these issues can make or break the project. Emanuel Kitchens were fantastic with providing the design and assisting with colour choices. The project ran on time and when there were unexpected issues they were dealt with without delay. We were kept informed of every step and they were always available if we had any questions.”

“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“i can only recommend this firm very highly in every respct. The experienced computer designer was absolutely cooperative when discussing the project. Being hard to please and always seeking new ideas it took the operator several hours before I was fully satisfied to see the plan on the sceen however having somme second thoughts over night I went back the next morninhg as I wanted to modified a few things. The operator was very patient and we went trough everything for another two hours then being satisfied i waited for the general planning of the demolition of the old kitchen and the various stages of the building of the new one. Everything was well planned at every step. The subcontracters were all top tradesmen. The final supervision was very thorough and of high standard. I can recommend this firm in every respect. The designer was a pleasure to work with and at all stages the same friendly, pleasant and efficient relationship made the inconvenience of not having a kitchen for a bit over two weeks well worth it.”
