“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“We wanted our bathroom completely redone and Rufino of Labra Design Build handled the whole project from start to finish. I gave him my list of must haves and he designed a digital rendering of what it would look like. From demolition to the final result he was always clean, courteous and considerate of our lives as he worked around us. We love our new bathroom and wish we had done it sooner. We would not hesitate to hire Labra Design Build for any other project and we highly recommend him.”

“Kitty is a wonderful, collaborative interior designer and I love working with her. I first hired Kitty in 2001 when we were building our custom home. She was involved with floor planning, paint, flooring, cabinetry. Her recommendations made a positive difference in how our home was done, as we had a difficult lot on which to build and therefore a limited footprint. She also provided a design concept with furniture, color scheme, fabrics, etc. Over the years I contacted her for several other projects - usually once a year or so, and they encompassed such things as repainting, drapery design and coordination with seamstress, wall art layout, more furniture, bedding/bedskirts, furniture layout, accessories, etc. Kitty is amazingly easy to work with. I have had experiences with two designers in the past where the designer forced ideas on me that I ultimately did not love. Kitty understands my design style and "gets" what I like in my coastal-style home. She is thoughtful, kind, collaborative and organized. She works around sentimental items that I have rather than turning her nose up at them. My home has Kitty's stamp all over it. I have referred her to others and she will be my designer for life!”

“Studio Z was the architect on a large home remodel project in which I was the interior designer. It was great working with Dawn. She was very easy to communicate with, very personable, and very open to collaborating with me on design ideas. I know that the clients on this project spoke very highly of Dawn as well. They thought of her as both friendly and professional. The home turned out beautifully and I know that the clients love the end result. They could not have been more pleased with her work. “Elizabeth has interior designed our former home and our current home including basement; to say we know her work would be an understatement. We hired Elizabeth mainly for her exquisite taste in design and colors included with that was an energy of excitement and the willingness to help us choose the perfect design and/or scheme for our home. (We interviewed 7 other Interior Designers before Elizabeth.) Always professional. Great ideas; showed us various styles for various rooms with specified colors and window treatments to match. Guesswork is taken away; meaning, we did not have to guess which style was going to work best in a particular room(s), we just had to pick the one we wanted. Overall, after 9 years in our current home, we still receive the highest of compliments from friends, guests and neighbors...a great feeling! Again, the scope of the work was for paint colors, window treatments and installation, furniture, accessories and space planning. Elizabeth does it all with great success!”

“From design to completion, S&S Homes does fabulous work. We contacted Tony in 2018 regarding a renovation project which required major construction. Oftentimes, projects like this are tough, especially living in the space while the renovation is in process, but they made the experience as smooth as possible. The work area was cleaned daily and communication through the entire process was excellent. We now have a much more usable, open concept layout. Thank you S&S Homes!”

“We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”
