“We went to Sommers Interiors for new flooring throughout our home. Employees were very helpful in their recommendations when we described our needs and wants in new flooring. They got the job done quickly. After the job was complete, they were called back once to fix an issue. They did an excellent job on the fix. We probably paid more using Sommers but our experience in the past with flooring told us to pay for the experts to do the job this time. We are completely satisfied with their work and love our new floor!”

He came to our house, gave us the run down on what could be done, what needed to get done, how to do certain parts, estimated cost and we are able to contact him with any questions we have as we go along with our project! Having Brad, an actual contractor, be our consultant really gives us more confidence in doing the project ourselves.”

“They did a complete exterior remodeling job on my home and unattached garage. With adding on a new front entrance porch area. David Radlund (owner) was extremely helpful with giving me advise on exterior colors and design. His help was greatly appreciated, my home would not have turned out as well without his input. They did a great job .. very satisfied with their work. The employees were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and changes as the work was being done”

“David and I have collaborated and worked on several projects together dating back to when we first started our company up to just recently. David is a very hands on architect and takes pride in making sure every detail is carefully designed throughout the project. He is especially great with modern and contemporary style homes where crucial elements within the house that normally get overlooked are very much highlighted. David also makes himself part of the team whenever we work together. When I have a project that requires a very highly skilled architect that knows how to build as well as design I call on David.”

“Thank you Tammy and Scott for providing such quality products and exceptional service! Once we saw your products, we knew that we wanted you and your company to provide the finishing touches to our new home. The trim, casing, crown molding, inside doors, and stair products worked out so beautifully. The window casings and stairwell makes a big WOW statement as you enter the home! The workmanship and millwork is outstanding. We could tell that you pay close attention to details because of how well all the doors, casings, and trim work was going up with the color of the stain being right on target with the flooring. Thank you so much! You helped in making this part of the construction phase a whole lot easier for everyone involved. A special note and thank you goes to Scott! He came out personally to our home to help figure out a small glitch that occurred that was really no ones fault. He is making sure we are totally pleased with all the finished products that his company made for us!! This company takes pride in their work as they should!! “To Whom It May Concern: We have used Wayne Bernskoetter Construction for 25 years. We have always been impressed with their superior work, exceptional crew, and ability to improvise, as needed, in some projects. We have used them for new projects as well as remodeling. We know that the job will always be done right, as well as "on time". His company is certainly customer oriented and consistent. The last job he did was to repair our large wooden deck.
