“Lee was my architect of record for a gut renovation for a condo in Manhattan that is to commence this fall. He worked with my draftsman to get the initial drawings ready for approval by the building's management company's engineer and the building's board. He then worked diligently with my expeditor as she prepared the package of documents needed to submit for approval not only from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, but also the DOB. Throughout the entire long drawn out process, Lee was attentive and responsive to any changes that were required. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had and worked collaboratively with all the other folks involved in moving this project along. If I ever need an architect for another project, I would not hesitate to call Leandro Dickson.”

“Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were. “The first time we entered the Modiani showroom in Englewood, we knew we had found the kitchen we wanted. We were struck by the sleek and beautiful Italian design of the sample kitchens in the showroom. The cabinets are exquisite and finely made, both inside and out; the interiors have creative and user-friendly storage units and the options are abundant. Then when we met Kobi we were convinced. His experience and expertise in kitchen design were very evident. We liked his calm manner and felt comfortable working with him. We sensed that he really cared about delivering a kitchen to us, one as beautiful and perfect as those in his showroom. We both enjoy cooking and now have our dream kitchen. Not only is it beautiful, it is a joy to work in. Our intuition to choose Modiani above all others served us well. In addition to having among the finest cabinets, Kobi and Gil are caring businessmen who are a pleasure to deal with. Our designer from MCM Designs in Englewood appreciated their creativity and thoroughly enjoyed working with them. They were professional and reliable every step of the way. We had computer 3D drawings that allowed us to make changes and fully envision our kitchen, a delivery date as promised, extremely skilled and punctual installers and Kobi personally checked up on the process during installation at our home. “My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“We wanted a new composite deck for our back yard and John, of AIM construction, knocked our project out of the park!! His level of courtesy and professionalism are second to none. We explained to him our vision, budget, and concerns regarding permits and having to factor in pandemic supply constraints. He took his time and was meticulous about inspecting, measuring, and explaining all of our options. His estimate was priced very competitively. He secured all the required permits and scheduled necessary inspections in compliance with township codes. His project and time management skills are impeccable - as well as his crew being very detail-oriented, knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. The completed deck is outstanding and done to our utmost satisfaction, coming in on budget without cutting corners or reducing quality. We strongly recommend John, of AIM Construction, to anyone who values excellent service and precision craftsmanship.”

“We are completing a full house renovation and hope to be done in July of this year and so far, on schedule! Creative Design has done an amazing job with all of the details. My husband and I have asked many times to revise/change things along the way and the team has gone above and beyond to make it happen. Creative did our first renovation back in 1999 and we had no doubt that they would do a great job when we hired them again for the entire house.
