We understand that you're upset and we acknowledge that we did in fact took a long time to get back to you. We get that you're frustrated as you were probably looking forward to have our team build you something special in our style. We didn't reply in a timely manner and we sincerely apologize for that.
We are a tiny team with an extremely niche style. We choose to remain small because we are obsessed about quality and want to control how the project is managed. We build everything in house and don't bump off projects to sub-contractors. Once we get a project we handle everything ourselves and our after-sales service has seen us through customers over decades.
Being tiny has its benefits like how being the owners of the business, we are always aware of what's going on with the projects ourselves and each project gets our full attention. We don't overbook projects either because we manage capacity ourselves. Discussions on project and pricing can also be done directly without waiting for someone else's approval.
However, being tiny does have it's downsides too. We can't take up every single project that comes our way. We are very careful not to over-promise our prospects because we feel that a tiny team that delivers few but good quality projects leaving clients happy is better than one that delivers many poorly executed projects. We also sometimes have to place our enquiries on que not because we are uninterested in projects but we just need more time to get to them especially when we are concurrently building for other customers or project managing them. We lose some customers along the way because of this que but more often than not, we are extremely thankful to our clients who are passionate about our concept and are willing to engage us early and allow us that little bit of space to plan our capacity.
Once again, we would like to apologize for making you feel unimportant to us because that was never the intention. We were unable to get back to you simply because we haven't gotten to your enquiry in the que and just need more time to assess whether we can do it.
We are thankful and forever grateful to all our customers for the love they've shown us and our tiny team. We wish you all the best in your project.
