“Mary Ann DePalma and Ron were first class all the way. We had to replace a blind still under warranty done by another owner. Mary Ann was very professional. She made us feel very comfortable as she gathered all the necessary information. She was very knowledgeable. We were promised a replacement in about a month and had it in two weeks. “I wish I had known of Grace before I ordered other window treatments through the more commercial companies which are lacking in true customization and personal touch. The quality of the work she did exceeded all previous work that I have done on my prior homes and my new one. I also used one company in Whippany NJ to do roman shades for our master bedroom. I had to send them back once because they were not operating well AND they were not as neatly presented as I would expect. They were less than the commercial companies but the quality was lacking. The work Grace sent back for my living room bay windows which are the exact shape and specs as the ones in our bedroom are breathtakingly gorgeous! I now want her to re-do other window treatments in my home. Her prices are beyond reasonable and the quality of work is EXCEPTIONAL! My pictures attached don't do them full justice especially since I am not done decorating this room but trust me when i say, I am a highly critical person. Her work is EXCEPTIONAL.”

The designer, Amy, was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, kind, professional, everything you would want in a consultation. She guided us to products that we did not know we wanted but absolutely love. Our windows are old and have intricate trim surrounding but Amy managed to measure perfectly.
