Shawn has been very responsive to my enquiries and has been very helpful in guiding me on choosing the right kind of blinds that would address my needs. Sumir, Ah Sing and 2 other team members were very professional during the installation, they were respectful, quiet and orderly. They even cleaned up and vacuumed the balcony and living area before they left. I'm super happy with the ziptrak outdoor blinds, good quality, fine workmanship, and best thing is my balcony space has become usable !

Highly recommended. The whole process is smooth and fast from selection, taking measurement and to installation. They are using quality drills with suction unit so it's really minimum to no dust at all. Sales representative Shawn who is also the person who took the measurements for our bamboo blinds and blackout roller blinds is very professional and gives good advice to home owner. Superb excellent service !
