Engage their service in Dec 2013. In 3 years time, the door frame drop, light switch on the wall come out. The power socket in the kitchen become loose, need to use one hand to hold the socket and other hand to unplug the power cord. The toilet bowl shows crack line only after used for one year. The LED panel light their partner sell to me at $56 per piece. Loong Yee claimed that their partner' product are cheapest in the town. I was so naive to believe them. The panel light start to fail after one year. Now almost 90% of the lights are changed. I bought from other lighting house only $25 per piece when I buy 10 pieces in one go. The most angry part and make me complain their service online is because when I discussed with them about the door frame and wall switch issue. They said these are wear and tear issue. They can fix for me but $50 for one switch and $120 for the door frame. They may think I m crazy rich asian. I live my previous house for more than 15 years, I live with my parents for 20 years plus and never encountered such wear and tear issue. They are the worst contractor I worked with.

They have the audacity to send a demand letter for the last payment when they have yet rectified the issues (kitchen cabinet concept at showroom different from the one installed, kitchen hard top crack appeared after cooking less a month and more cracks appeared later). They just don't give a damn collecting most of the payment and I was lucky to withhold the balance. Waiting for their lawyer to reply as I have given them 3 days, if not will pursue it in small claims court.

Wonderful service from Kenji from Koong Yee. We like his attention to details and attentiveness to our requirement. Very responsive and we really appreciate the daily updates during the renovation. Great workmanship too! Highly recommended.
