I renovated my 4-room HDB with Daylen from Design4Space. I am very satisfied overall. Pros: Friendly and professional Clear black & white communication Listens well and gives suggestions Frequently on site to supervise Very detailed and transparent quotation Responsive — quickly fixed my shower screen issue Completed on time Reasonable pricing What’s written in the agreement is delivered to a high standard. Make sure to include all details upfront to avoid extra costs (I learned this with some additional hacking). I would recommend Daylen and Design4Space to anyone doing HDB renovation.

I am very happy and satisfied to engage Daylen from Design4Space for renovation works to my kitchen and bathroom. Knowing that I need to work during week-days, he arranged for some works to be carried out over the weekend, and I only had to apply for 3 days leave with my company. I informed to Daylen what ideas I have in-mind for my renovation, and he helped me to choose the colours and material for my cabinets and worktop, including the kitchen sink, toilet bowl, etc. Daylen arranged his contractors to carry out the carpentry and plumbing works with minimum hassle. In the end, the kitchen and bathroom turned out exactly what I wanted, from the very beginning.

ID: Melvin Lee Highlights: 1. Very responsive and prompt 2. Smooth process 3. Within budget 4. Finished product is very close to what i originally envisaged. This is my first renovation project. I have no prior contacts of ID firms. I started my search with the more reputable firms bearing casetrust/biztrust etc. I shortlisted 5 firms and only Melvin took the trouble to draw up some diagrams to help me visualize the finished product. While D4S was not the cheapest quote but i decided to go with them. I am very happy with my decision no regrets. Thank you Melvin and team.

Looking for an ID is not always an easy job. When we first met Andy at his Ang Mo Kio showroom, we knew that he will be the one that we will be shortlisting. He is very knowledgable & a patience guy as he is always paying attention to our request & giving proposal/ideas to us After 1 week of consideration & discussion with my wife, we decided to engage Andy to be our ID to handle our renovation project. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Andy & his team of workers for their hardwork & handing over the house to us within the time frame given. The renovation has been done, Richard & his team is very responsive and fast in capturing our requirements and requests. Not doubt that he is the boss of the company but i'm surprise that he is updated with new ideas & design,also professional in giving advices throughout the entire reno process. The workmanship is also good. Afew more minor touch up work to be done but other than that We are happy that we've chosen design 4 space as our ID, as they delivers to us our dream home!

Being a 1st timer in getting a HDB BTO flat is definitely exciting but stressful too! It took my wife and myself few years to save on the renovation budget and therefore we are very stringent on the creditability of the ID company. We do not want to be in the same fate as those who had lost their money to conman (as seen in Facebook). It took us quite some time to shortlist a few ID firms after looking at their reviews and yes, Design 4 Space Pte Ltd was the chosen one. We have read many good reviews on Edmund Lee and thus decided to choose him as our ID. He is always very accommodating and a workaholic! Whatever time we whatsapp him (even past midnight), he will definitely reply us. He really possesses great knowledge and experience throughout the whole reno period. Pricing wise was reasonable but the best thing I like about him is the service rendered and the carpentry workmanship!
