Felix was one of the few who came by to do onsite measurements first before quoting. Understood my requirements and fixed any small defects promptly. We had a waterproofing issue in the bathroom but that was resolved successfully.

I had terrible experience dealing with the ID. My house was renovated with turn-key service but I was left on a lurch two weeks after the renovation began. My queries were not answered promptly and when the date of handover drew near, I was left no reply and communications as to whether I will get my keys on the date of completion. at that time, I was renting a condo unit and I needed to give a firm date to my landlord. He is rude and disrespectful in his communication. When his drawings and the actual space usage went wrong, he did not even apologise. I had to inform Ikea to return my study table, and dealt with Gaincity when the fridge came with a sharp dent and the ID simply signed and accepted the good was received in order. I had to keep calling the Gaincity hotline and finally got the manager to investigate and replace w new fridge for me. When I notified him of the defects, after one week of moving into my house, he just sent all his sub-contractors contact numbers, and I was made to call each of them to have the defects rectified. The workmanship was poor and his attitude is even much worse. This April and May 2019, the water pressure test that was performed twice by a licenced plumber engaged by the ID showed that there is a leak in the concealed pipes for Master bathroom. Since then, he has been very difficult and unreasonable, refused to take responsbility for the defective work which has damaged the Bedroom 2 - the wall and the skirting. Until today, he refused to repair the bathroom and the bedroom because I need him to sign the indemnity clauses after what I have gone through esp I have to run exposed pipes for the leak cannot be located and his plumber cannot assured me that by hacking two wall tiles behind the toilet bowl is able to resolve the issue. I need him to ensure that the water proofing work is properly done without incurring future problems for me and my neighbouring unit(s). I am left no other options dealing with him but to alert others to avoid his service and save yourself a lot of headaches, suffering and money.
