“We had an extensive remodel of the former living room, family room and dining room, creating a fabulous great room and dining room. Neal's team headed by Frank Kuhlmeier and Paul Wittrock made the project flow seamlessly with a great outcome. Workmanship and quality is evident throughout. The vendors and subcontractors were equally top-notch. The completion punch list was nearly non-existent, due to the amount of detail paid during the actual construction. It was a joy to work with the Neal's team and I look forward to the next project.”

“Legacy Builders Group completed a 5 month project for us with scope of work including a three level build out with new kitchen, mudroom, great room, laundry, master suite and patios. Our project was on time with a very high level of quality and service. The Legacy staff was dedicated, timely and respectful. “I have had multiple services provided by this company and Brent in particular. I've had them install Christmas lights for 3 years now. A large project to redesign a fireplace area with drywall and granite. Enclose the back of the fireplace with drywall and a chair rail. Close up an interior window with drywall. Plumbing- kitchen faucet, tub drain and caulking. Electrical- addition of ceiling lights, basement workshop lights, workshop outlets, additional outlets for a bookcase, outdoor sensor lighting. Installation of ceiling fans. Sump pump repair, replacement of battery. Misc repairs with cabinet door hinges, minor roof repairs, installation of screen door. Every experience has been very positive. I get quick call backs, scheduling is flexible and timely. I appreciate the care in which projects are completed , from explanations and planning, quality of products and service, to clean up and follow up. Extremely professional and would eagerly recommend them, and I have to friends and family. I like that the same person can work on multiple projects and is familiar with my home and wish list. I value his recommendations and trust his guidance on repairs. Brent has a broad knowledge of all types of repairs or home enhancements. He works directly with you to offer the best solution and to help you think ahead when planning major projects. He considers the "whole home" not just the project. Over the past 3 years working with Brent I've been completely satisfied with the work that has been done. I don't hesitate to reach out for questions or help when the next repair or project comes up.”

“Excellent experience with KBC. Total master bath remodel and reconfiguration, down to the studs. Fine craftsmanship, impeccable at keeping the work-site clean, very professional and timely. KBC provided several layout suggestions that made a huge difference in the overall result. One example is the location of the shower valves - very clean look. Tile work is amazing!”

“A kitchen remodel is not an easy task! Redesigning a triangular kitchen is a nightmare. We interviewed a handful of kitchen designers and we kept hearing, “No, we can’t do that! No, that isn’t possible. No, no, no!” Then we were introduced to Elaine Hall with EMH Design and we started hearing, “Yes!” Elaine took our kitchen remodel to the next level in more ways than one. First, as an avid cook, Elaine understands the importance of a functional kitchen. Her input to move the appliances to a more functional location has provided a more efficient kitchen for the daily cooking. The whole redesign of the kitchen has provided a more efficient and functional kitchen. Secondly, her knowledge and guidance was instrumental in selecting the new appliances for our kitchen! Not only was she concerned with the best design look, but spoke with us in detail how we used our appliances and what we wanted out of our appliances. We were then able to select those that would function the best daily for our household. Finally, Elaine’s attention to detail was superb! During the whole project she was focused on the overall final design. She made sure we looked beyond that moment and saw the big picture! She guided us in our largest decision, the granite, to our smallest decision. Well, there’s no small decision in a kitchen remodel! Elaine was always profession and honest during our remodel. She was a pleasure to work with and we LOVE our new kitchen. It turned out better than her amazing drawings! I would be the first to refer Elaine to anyone that was looking to remodel their kitchen. You won’t be disappointed!”
