“I LOVE MY KITCHEN!!! And Connie Moon is a wonderful, friendly and talented person who is always there for you. She has awesome ideas and brings over samples for you to look at, hold up and touch. She was always there for me with answers to all of my questions. This whole process went so smoothly it was like I waved a magic wand and poof - it was done. I cannot believe how wonderful my galley kitchen looks now - so much bigger - even though the space never changed. The new cupboards and countertops worked out beautifully and the handles are just perfect. I could not have asked for more! Totally Satisfied and will recommend her to everyone in a flash! “After much searching and disappointment trying to find an interior designer, we found Brian and believe we hit gold. We hired Brian to redesign our existing kitchen and master bath. Neither of us had ever remodelled a house. We had an idea of how we wanted the areas to feel but didn't know how to make it happen. Brian asked the right questions about our family to come up with a number of different options on how we can make the best use of our spaces. He really thought of everything when it came to functionality especially for the kitchen; for us, our kitchen really is the heart of the home and not just somewhere to eat. We believe the final product that was provided will help make the remodelling process as economical and smooth as possible. Brian was easily accessible during his design process and afterward asking us the status of our project.”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. “We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“Community Builders did several home repair projects for us when we bought a home in West Seattle. David Minor was fair, knowledgable, and prompt with communication. The fence and railing projects were required by insurance and David found economical and lasting ways to fulfill our needs in those areas. We bought the house with a major problem with the basement bathroom and Community Builders did a wonderful job replacing a window, building a new wall, and putting in a new toilet and sink. The plumbing under the sink leaked. David was great about getting the repairs completed and communicating with us during the project.”

We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. “I own a sub-contractor and we work on all of Mike Tall's projects. He is definitely one of our favorite contractors to work for and all of my techs love working on his projects. He's professional and easy to work with but the most important thing to consider is that he spends time on all of this projects and he always makes himself available. So many contractors are hard to track down, Mike's not this way. He's very hands on which makes the projects go smoother and quicker. If I was doing a remodel on my own home Mike would be my first contractor of choice to work with.”
