“Having been let down by another contractor 2 days before refurbishment work on my 3 bathrooms was due to start, I posted the requirement online and Tom from TC Wetrooms made contact within 30 minutes. He was able to meet me at my house that evening after work to see what was required and then sent across the quote later that night with a start date the following Monday. TC Wetrooms did a great job. Their focus is very much geared towards high quality delivery as opposed to just getting the job down however possible. Tom is a bright, personable guy who communicates well and operates in a professional manner. He provided sound advice where needed and displayed a flexible approach. Also Tom and the guys left the house tidy at the end of each day and demonstrated good timekeeping. The work was completed on time and the bathrooms look great. I would have no hesitation whatsover in recommending TC Wetrooms.”

“Dual Designs were recommended to us and they certainly didn’t let us down. Our kitchen has everything that we wanted and is very practical to live in. Along with our own ideas, Dual Designs helped blend these with their knowledge to achieve the kitchen that we are so pleased with. The attention to detail from the design through to the fitting has been first class and would recommend them to everyone. “Used this Company twice and can't fault them. I had a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a unit fitted. They also made me a bespoke stacking rack and came up with some good ideas that I hadn't thought of. I've since recommended them to friends. The workmen are polite and respectful and do a good job at a reasonable price.”

“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”

I have visited their new showrooms in Pease Pottage, West Sussex on several occasions & always thoroughly enjoy my time there. Not only is the building/showroom really attractive, but the kitchen displays are also mighty impressive & you can immediately see the quality of design & workmanship.
