“We found Jim to have an excellent approach to our project. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make critical design decisions that ended in a much better outcome than what we had originally planned. There were no surprises, the process was simple and stress free and he over delivered on his commitments. We got a number of quotes at the time and although Jim wasn't the cheapest he certainly wasn't the dearest but he gave us the level of comfort that we needed to get the job done right within our time frame. We are very happy with quality of the finish and the way it has come together and would certainly recommend Svelte.”

“Jay, Gary and the team did an amazing job with the cabinetry and stone for our fireplace. It looks brilliant and we can't wait to get them back to do our main kitchen and outdoor kitchen. They have also assisted us with our doors and windows too! Definitely recommend.”

“i can only recommend this firm very highly in every respct. The experienced computer designer was absolutely cooperative when discussing the project. Being hard to please and always seeking new ideas it took the operator several hours before I was fully satisfied to see the plan on the sceen however having somme second thoughts over night I went back the next morninhg as I wanted to modified a few things. The operator was very patient and we went trough everything for another two hours then being satisfied i waited for the general planning of the demolition of the old kitchen and the various stages of the building of the new one. Everything was well planned at every step. The subcontracters were all top tradesmen. The final supervision was very thorough and of high standard. I can recommend this firm in every respect. The designer was a pleasure to work with and at all stages the same friendly, pleasant and efficient relationship made the inconvenience of not having a kitchen for a bit over two weeks well worth it.”

“THAT WENT VERY WELL! Dec 2015 we finished a large extension to our home (North Shore - Sydney). After Design & Spec stage we spoke to 6 builders and Brett from Smith & Sons was a standout. He listens, comes up with excellent advice and solutions to budget. Brett's builders, and tradies were excellent - very skilled, great rapport and a cleanup each day before leaving our worksite The build was finished early, exactly what we wanted on budget and well supervised. Highly recommended!”

“Oldham's completed renovated my entire house, new kitchen, laundry and three bathrooms. Deanne was fantastic as designer and project manager with Phil and his team the consummate professionals with regard to all the trade work. Everyone was punctual with all timelines explained and adhered to. Any issues or changes by myself were dealt with promptly and with good humour. All the work was done to the highest standard and I have received many compliments since completion. Having built and renovated many many times over the years I can categorically say I have never had such an easy and enjoyable experience with what is normally quite stressful. I absolutely love my now 'new' home and can thoroughly recommend Bathrooms by Oldham”
