“Hilary was able to accomplish in a reasonably short amount of time what we had been struggling with for ten years. She saw our limited wall space in a larger open area, oddly positioned fireplace, rug inset, and other challenges not as the insurmountable design challenges that had left us tired and overwhelmed. “We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“This is our third time using Castle Construction to make upgrades to our condo; we've had our kitchen remodeled and two bathrooms upgraded using Castle Construction. Jason Tapia is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project and his reliability and honesty make doing business with his company a real pleasure. The subcontractors working for him are friendly, trustworthy individuals, so you don't have to worry about them working in your home. Castle Construction provides high quality work at a reasonable price. Jason takes every effort to clearly explain the process and procedures and vets out all possible options so you can make informed decisions. He's also flexible with schedule changes, and although he can get quite booked, he's well worth the wait. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for an honest, reliable contractor who knows what they're doing and will deliver on his promises.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“I hired Luxxe Designs when I bought a home in a new housing development. I literally moved in with nothing but a bed so Antoinette designed my home from top to bottom including paint, furniture, artwork and landscaping. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We have used Dave Lane and his employees on two occasions. One was for a bathroom remodel and the other a room addition to our home. We have always found Dave and his staff to be professional, courteous, neat and friendly. Dave was very patient when we made changes and is always open to our changes so that the job is done to our satisfaction. We have never regretted or disliked Dave or the work that has been completed. Believe me I am always hesitant and never sure if I have chosen the right products and colors. With Dave's help and patience I have never ever regretted anything we have done with him.. Dave is not like most contractors. He is on time and calls when he says he will. He is open to dealing with both my husband and myself, I have found other people willing to deal more with a man than a woman. I can't say enough positive thoughts about Dave Lane. He is our contractor of choice.”
