“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were. “This year we finally decided to make a renovation of our bathroom as we wanted. We were a little worried about hiring someone because usually, we did everything by ourselves - but it was very slow and nervous! So we decided to take that risk (and I must say very happy that we did it!) and began to browse sites and advertisements for repair services on the Internet. We found Evolution Group. I was hooked by the fact that in Insta I could see lots of videos with details, how the work was done. It's convenient and makes people trust you. After the application, the measurer arrived the next day (!), looked at everything, measured, counted, and immediately made an estimate of the work. A day later, we signed an agreement with the foreman, and the brigade began work in 2 days. As a result, the renovation was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the EG company. Highly recommended!”

“I have used them three separate times - twice for kitchen renovations (at different apartments) and once for a living room and bedroom floor replacement. That was over the course of more than 10 years, so I am clearly very happy with their service. I'm planning to hire them again for a bathroom renovation within the next year. I find them very responsive and easy to work with. Keith, the owner, was very involved in my projects and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is up to his high standards. The subcontractors were professional and trustworthy. They showed up each day, although a few times they were late. In my view, if that is the worst experience in a renovation, you've done well. None of my projects ever exceeded budget due to any omissions on Knockout's part. and deadlines within Knockout's control were always met. I hope that helps.”
