“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“Wendy Wilson did the design of my major home remodel that included the removal of a load-bearing wall, a room addition, and extensive remodeling of existing spaces. She listened to my ideas, added her design expertise, and developed the plans. She was a pleasure to work with, always focusing on what was important to me and what was consistent with the quality I was looking for. Her design ideas were fantastic for my project. She helped me interview contractors, and each one we talked to praised the completeness and quality of her drawings. She ushered the project through the design approval process with the city, so all I had to do was go pay for the building permits. She assisted me in the oversight of all phases of the construction. I'd hire her again in a minute, and highly recommend her services. I now truly love my home for the first time since we bought it in 1974.”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“From our initial meeting with designer Meagan, we immediately knew that the WC Design Center would be the perfect fit for our remodeling needs. From the professionalism of the interior design expert Meagan, business accountant Melissa, and owner and designer Candy to the actual remodeling process under the auspices of Javier, the project manager, our first remodeling experience was extremely rewarding. Any concerns or changes that we expressed or desired as the project went forward were immediately implemented into the design by Meagan and flawlessly put into place by the contractors. As for the contractors who worked on our remodel project, they were extremely professional and highly skilled. Although as first time remodel clients we were overzealous in our desire to understand all aspects of the remodel project, Meagan and Javier never hesitated to patiently and completely answer all our inquiries in a timely and detail oriented way. Additionally, Meagan, in her proactive manner, was able to stay in constant contact with us for the duration of the process as each step of the remodel occurred. The ease of accessibility of Meagan and the contractors as well as Melissa and Candy define WC Design Center’s mission to keep the client included in all facets of the remodel. Meagan’s vision and design for our modern open concept kitchen and living room surpassed our expectations and although the remodel was completed in December 2013, there is not a day that goes by that we do not look at our new space and marvel at the beauty and functionality that came about as a result of that fortuitous day when we walked into the WC Design Center. We consider the WC Design Center the hallmark of excellence in design, service and final results. The evidence to support our trust in the WC Design Center is going to unfold shortly as we embark on our next remodel projects, the guest bathroom and master bathroom, which will once again be designed by the highly talented interior designer Meagan Pobanz. “Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”
