“Leyla came out for a 2 hour consultation. My intent was to get ideas and colors for a dining room and bathroom. It was totally worth it because Leyla seems to instinctively know design. In her mind's eye she saw a round table where I had been considering to switch out my rectangular dining table for a round one but I hadn't even asked her yet. She pointed to me that of all the pictures I saved for her to see what style attracted me, my current decor did not reflect it, in color or style. Seems like a no brainer and yet I didn't see that until she showed me specifics. She pointed out things like wallpaper and paint meeting without an architectural break was a no no. I never liked the way it looked but didn't know why. She honestly pointed out that my kitchen was too dark, and that I should repaint the dark ceilings. Her manner is direct, honest and cheerfully friendly. I had a long list of questions and she addressed every one satisfactorily whether it was about draperies, wall colors or furnishings. I would hire Leyla again. Sorry no pictures yet. Because I'm acting as my own general contractor and doing a lot of the work myself it is taking longer than anticipated, perhaps I can attach a photo later on.”

Our newly-painted home looks better than it ever has, its "bones are strong" once again, and our new bathroom is stunning! The attention to small details is, indeed, much-appreciated. “Andy and his crew did a great job on both a bathroom remodel and a complete kitchen remodel. Included extra engineering work on our roof line to expand the kitchen outside wall. Andy was very detail oriented and I felt very comfortable with his decisions and his work. Interior Designer and contractors that worked on the job were concerned about doing a good job and were trustworthy. They also kept the job site clean! I also had Andy work on a small job outside. He takes pride in doing an excellent job.”

“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! “I hired Carrie about a month ago to help me design a new kitchen in my home. She has been so easy to work with and her final design is so perfect! The next step we have will be her shopping with me, which she will do and also helping me pick a contractor. She will help you a little or hold your hand the whole way depending on your budget and your needs. I have never remodeled a kitchen before so her years of experience are wonderful.”
