“We had all of the wet areas (kitchen laundry bathrooms etc) replaced in our home by BBK over a four month period. We also had some rooms reconfigured so there were internal walls changed. From planning stage throughout construction I was extremely happy with the service I received from the staff and trades. Most of the rooms in our home were effected but the trades people went out of their way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible so we could continue to live in our home. We were so pleased with the final results we then had our home office remodelled by the company. I have no hesitation in recommending BBK.”

“We can highly recommend Bulleen Bathrooms. Luke helped us design our ideal en-suite and laundry, and we are extremely happy with the end result. The Bulleen Bathrooms team were courteous, professional and they always left their work area clear and clean at the end of each day. Bulleen Bathrooms were responsive to any issue that occurred during the project. The work was completed in the time stipulated, and we couldn’t be any happier with the finished product. Thanks Luke!”

“Our job was an ensuite upgrade and consisted of removing and replacing the old shower base, shower screen and toilet, relining the walls, waterproofing, and tiling the shower cavity, floor and vanity splashback. Fixtures were sourced and supplied for us. The quote was very reasonable. The tradesmen were punctual, friendly, reliable, clean and tidy, their workmanship was great. The project was finished in a timely and professional manner. Communication between all parties was fantastic. Huge thanks to Liz and Troy and all the tradies for your expertise and a job well done. It was certainly stress-free and hassle free. We love our ensuite!!”
AAA Build - Melbourne's Luxury Bathroom Builders

“I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process. They were amazing, and the finish was first class. As soon as the townhouses were finished they sold within 2 weeks of being put on the market, and at a record price for the area at the time. I would highly recommend AAA Build to anyone looking for a quality builder who is reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again on my new development I hope to start soon in Nunawading.”

“We first met Jo-Anne in 2001 as a recommendation from the director at the company I worked for. With my new house plans complete and a kitchen designed by a builder/draftsman (it was horrendous). My first conversation with her was about budget. I didn't have his budget, heck, I had next to nothing to work with and she agreed to work with what we had to spend and the space provided in the plans. Jo-Anne managed to increase our overall bench space for prep, our storage and the overall workability of our kitchen. We loved the narrow cupboard next to the fridge to store the mugs/cups/wine glasses - it made the flow so much easier. An additional glass door cabinet was included external of the kitchen which made perfect sense for my inherited crystal & china. It was more than we could imagine and her chosen colour palette in 2001, still looks current and modern today. Move forward to 2008, we downsized after children to a smaller modest house and on a budget, we were going to renovate the kitchen. A call to Jo-Anne and she changed the U shaped design to an L shape with an island bench with storage on 3 sides and additional banquette seating which our family love!!! The kitchen is a dream to entertain in and feed a young family. Such smart advice on layout, appliances and palette again. Now its 2013, we are building again - a townhouse closer to the city. First port of call after the "new" builder designed our plans was Jo-Anne. She has done the unbelievable again. As an added bonus, she has redesigned my laundry as it sits behind the kitchen - storage queen and appliance brains trust are what comes to mind when I think of Jo-Anne. We hope to start the build in the new year, I can't wait to see her plans come to life. What I love about this new design is that we have a narrow townhouse 6.5 metres wide and Jo-Anne has managed to construct a hidden wall of storage in the kitchen including study, an enormous pantry suitable for my war cupboard supply of canned & staple goods... just in case... an appliance cupboard that will hide my husbands coffee/breakfast mess and smart storage throughout the kitchen & laundry - all of this is hidden and our townhouse still looks large and open - I just close the doors and don't have to look at the mess created minutes before. Love it. I would say that I am an easy client, I think she reads people well from your conversations, but I would probably say that I have a high list of what I want, but I don't have a budget to pay for what I want. Jo-Anne has smart ideas that save your budget, but don't cheapen the end product. Spend wisely on what works. All that and she is also a great cook - oh your muffins were amazing - I have never been offered freshly baked muffins by my builder when I go in for a planning discussion... I just wish Jo-Anne designed entire houses... well I have never asked - she may? Thank you for everything to do with my kitchens. Wendy”

“Ian and the team at Fox Cabinets recently completed the cabinetry for our new ensuite, powder room and wet bar and we couldn't be happier with our experience and the result. From our initial design consultations with both Ian and Karli we could see the passion they have for their business and the commitment they have to help clients achieve their vision. The team are so friendly, helpful and were an absolute pleasure to work with. We are now planning our kitchen renovation with them too!”

“I worked closely with Chris from Complete Kitchens when I was carrying out an extensive two storey extension of my Californian bungalow. I used Complete Kitchens for the kitchen, butler's pantry, outdoor bbq kitchen, laundry and vanities in three bathrooms. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and Chris was supportive of the ideas I had and my colour choices. Sometimes it's hard to know what a colour will look like with small colour samples but Chris was confident it would look good. In the kitchen, I had an idea for a pull-out draw that would hold tall condiment bottles, a separate section for the chopping board as well as a hidden spice drawer. Chris helped design this and made it happen. He was willing to create bespoke pieces and listen to my needs. Many companies refused to manufacture or provide a warranty for an outdoor bbq kitchen but Chris made this happen and it looks fantastic. The job was done on time and any changes incurring additional costs had to be signed off before proceeding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Kitchens for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.”

“David was able to jump in at the 11th hour to widen the wall openings between the kitchen and lounge (and remove the hallway) of my ground floor apartment. As a registered builder he was able to assess the structural requirements of what was needed so as not to compromise the sturdiness of the building. As a way of conserving the cost/timeframe, we opted to freshen up the existing BIRs in both bedrooms by replacing the doors and shelves and painting the inside. The finished product pretty much looks like a new wardrobe. We then decided to do a full renovation of the bathroom as i was installing a new kitchen and floor coverings throughout the apartment. Here we encoutered a number challenges which David discussed with me at each turn before making final decisions of how he would proceed. I was very appreciative of this. Another 11th hour decision as a result of a kitchen design error was the relocation of the hot water system which was nearing the end of its life. It was also invconveniently located under the sink in the kitchen. After consulting with David, we decided it would be best to install a new unit and reposition it on the exterior of the building. Throughout the entire process, David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Taking my calls after hours and someone I could consult with when having to make alternative decisions as a result of unforseen challenges. I would highly recommend David to anyone wanting to minimize the damage control when embarking on a renovation. Thank you David, Daniel and Tina for your hard work, flexibility and unwavering support through what can be a very traumatic experience if you don't have the right people working with you.”
