“Catherine helped us with our new kitchen during the total renovation and addition to our Ocean Park condo. Catherine was personable and informative. She was patient with us and worked well with our contractors. The granite shop that is part of her operation was also top-notch! My wife and I enjoyed Catherine's enthusiasum for our project. We did not enjoy our encounters with her boss, Tina. If you work with Catherine try to keep Tina out of the picture.”

“Sarah exhibits confidence and organization. She listens carefully and respectfully to me and I assume other clients. She has very good, up to date, ideas and will do her best to source products and services. She recommended a great contractor and followed up with them while we were away. Although there was an unforeseen issue with the construction, Sarah quickly dispatched a revision of the plans. However, the most professional quality Sarah exhibited was her timely response to my emails and phone calls. Did I mention her attention to detail...going out of her way to order the perfect knobs for a project she didn't even plan?”

“Knowing that Maine Properties, Inc. has been in business in our area for many years, we decided to contact them about remodeling two bathrooms. Barry Wolach responded and revewed our projects, offering suggestions and an acceptable final quote. From working with Barry through the initial design of the project, through all the construction, to the end, Barry was in constant contact. No question was too small for him to answer. He guided the project daily, always aware of the project status. Basically he held our hand through a potentially stressful time of losing the use of a home bathroom during construction. “We had all the (very high) ceilings in our condo unit painted by Mike and his crew from About Coatings. Their price was very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. They arrived when promised and cleaned up before leaving. They were respective of our furnishings and did their best to protect our belongings. Their work was top notch and professional.
