“I can’t speak highly enough of Ziebart Construction and its owner, Matt Ziebart. He has excellent craftmanship, is very professional, and fair priced! He not only built a beautiful front deck for us, but he improved upon our vision for a deck and built a deck that does an even better job of utilizing the space than we imagined. Also, after doing the demo, when coming across a worse underneath structure of the deck than it had originally appeared, he not only decided to replace the entire underneath structure, but rebuilt it more solidly than before. Additionally, while here, he took care of a gutter problem and, once the job was finished, made sure to take the time to show me how do to maintenance on the desk in order to sustain it. He clearly cares about his craft and his attention to detail was impeccable. Combine that with a friendly disposition and his honesty are reasons I highly recommend Matt Ziebart and his company for your deck!! For further examples of the excellent work, see the before and after photos I’ve included.”

“The team at Master Builder did a great job and were extremely professional. We hired them to remodel our all our baths and kitchen. The work included new tile, new cabinets and new bathtub installation. The kitchen included new design with all things installed. They outsourced some of the plumbing but performed most of the work themselves. They are detail oriented and left a clean work area each evening. They used the garage for their shop throughout the remodel and it worked fine. They also bring a trailer with an impressive array of professional tools. Everyone listened to our questions and suggestions. They were fair about changes or mistakes which happens with any large jobs. My only recommendation is to get clear understanding of the type and frequency of communication you want to receive. I like emails answered in 24 hours and had to learn that isn't their style so if I didn't get a response in 48 I'd email back with an ETA for the response otherwise we were very happy. They were always prompt and arrived when scheduled. This is a great team to work with and I'm confident we'll have them do more work in the next few years.”
Mountainwood Homes

“Mountainwood Homes performed magic on our 1986 galley kitchen. On Joel's first visit, he saw what the other contractors missed: what we thought was a bearing wall was only holding up the balcony. Reducing the size of this underused space allowed expansion of the kitchen below and removal of an unnecessary hallway. The dated drop ceiling and recessed light panel were replaced with a vaulted ceiling and hanging track lighting. Even though the original attic space above the range had access to the roof, the hood was not vented. The old electric range had a downdraft that never worked well and a small oven. The new kitchen sports an island gas cooktop, overhead vent with a chimney extending up through the vaulted ceiling, and a 30" wall convection oven. Heather provided great design with granite, backsplash, paint, and fixtures. Cabinetry by Cutting Edge was a perfect fit. We also extended the hardwood flooring into the dining room. The Mountainwood team was flexible as changes were needed, finished the project on time and produced great results.”

“The shelving and cabinets Parsons installed in our garage are both beautiful and functional. I especially like the "soft close" drawers. And the storage for my wife's art are excellent.”

“We hired Mark to update our 1950s kitchen but to keep it in mid century modern style. After only an hour or two of brainstorming with Mark, we came up with a general plan for the remodel. Despite a limited budget, Mark and his professional team of woodworkers transformed our dated kitchen into a much more functional space. They replicated old cabinets and updated others. Mark and his team were reliable, creative, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with.”

“Amy helped us stage our home to sell. She was pleasant, personable, professional and has beautiful style! She listens to what your goals are and sticks to it. She possesses much talent and is very thorough. I really can't say enough good things about Amy! It didn't take long for our house to sell after she worked with us. We were so happy with the process and the end result that we hired her a second time to help make our new home beautiful. We highly recommend Amy Pearson Design for any of your home design needs/desires.”

“I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Woodland Construction Group in Portland, Oregon. I am so thrilled with the results! They were able to take my outdated kitchen and transform it into a beautiful, functional space that has completely reimagined my living experience. I especially love the new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, which give the space a modern and fresh look. I can not believe how great everything looks! The upgraded lighting they chose made a huge difference as well. This was one change that I did not realize would make such a big improvement to our kitchen. I am glad I listened to their advice on this one. I get so many compliments from my family on the pendant lights over the island. One of the best parts about working with Woodland Construction Group was their ability to listen to my needs and wants while staying within my budget. Overall, I highly recommend Woodland Construction Group for anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or undertake any other renovation projects in the Portland area. Their expertise, the fact that they listened to us the entire way, and their ability to deliver exceptional results make them standout choices in the kitchen remodeling industry.”
