“We had 2 bathrooms in a condo demolished and rebuilt. OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM. EXCELLENT DESIGN AND PLANS. COMMUNICATION was unbelievable as we were out of town for some of the work and Stan called us, emailed us and took pictures. We felt very COMFORTABLE. LISTENING to our needs was KEY. We never had a problem. SUPERIOR Quality of work and craftsmanship by individual vendors who are part of the team. The TIME schedule was kept on target from the first day of demolition to the last day of completion. That is unheard with many contractors. All of the people observed the condo rules and treated everyone with respect. We had complete CONFIDENCE in Schachne Architects and Builders because of their r HONESTY and communication.”

“The staff at IKDO was awesome. My budget was taken seriously, and when I panicked and changed my mind on major details, I was treated with a calm and understanding response. The design team was great to work with. However, there were a few mistakes on my shopping list that I was provided with. I assume this mistake was just overlooked because of the major change that I made, but I believe that I came home from IKEA two shelves short of what I actually need. I will either have to make another trip back (7+ hours of driving for me) or find something local that will make due. Other than that, everything was fantastic.”
