“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“We hired Picco to do a full gut renovation and addition to our home in 2022. The team was professional, courteous and very communicative. From our initial consult all the way through completion we felt great about our decision to go with Picco. We enjoyed using their app to follow along with the construction and appreciated the weekly call with Kevin, our Project Manager. We have an older home and there were a few surprises behind the walls and Picco let us know as soon as they discovered an issue and presented solutions. We would use them again and have recommended them to friends.”

“I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

“We hired Lemon Grass Interior Architecture to provide professional assistance to us during a recent home addition & renovation project. We had been in our home for over 8 years and knew what we wanted to do to enhance the layout and footprint of the first floor BUT we were paralyzed to take that first step. While considering the project and possibilities we met with a number of professional firms and individuals. Ultimately it was Martina at Lemon Grass who we connected with, who we hired and who helped us with every step. Along the way we were able to capitalize on Martina's experience, knowledge and sense of style. She was able to help us see the forest through the trees and in the end we have a renovation which was: (a) without a hitch, (b) completed ahead of schedule & and on budget and (c) better then we could have ever imagined. “I recently had a total kitchen renovation and purchased cabinets from Direct Depot Kitchens. I worked with Bill Hancock. He was thoughtful and took so much time to be sure every detail was just perfect. He really cared about the project from the time we first met and all the way through installation. He even came to my home when I started to second guess some of my ideas. He provided resolutions right on the spot. I would highly recommend both Direct Depot Kitchens and Bill Hancock to provide you with your dream kitchen.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. “Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”
