“When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless. Selling a house doesn't need to be a nightmare, if you have the right agent! I cant thank Kim Wells enough. I Highly recommend her!”

“Today's Home Inspection Service was recommended by our realtor when we needed a home inspector. The phone service was simple and quick, On the day of the inspection I was expecting to stay for a good 3 hours but the inspector made it easy and was done in like 2 hours. He was professional and got straight to work. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. My wife and I will definitely will be referring this company in the near future to potential future home buyer.”

“I found Kevin on a local website and he was awesome! He's super attentive to minute details, concerned about my situation as a whole and not just out for a buck, and most of all someone I could trust. “It was a pleasure to work with Leslie Swan and her team. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and worked hard to find us our "forever" home. She also sold our house after only one week on the market and was very helpful in staging it for us.
