“We wanted to build in the Redlynch area. I visited an open home in the beaches area and liked what we saw. We did not purchase that home. A few weeks we asked the agent who built that home and found out that it belonged to Tim Kelly who I follow up. At this time he was building another, which we inspected many times. After that we decided to go ahead with Phil Kelly as the builder. We bought a block of land and contacted Phil Kelly to build. We had a rough plan drawn on a piece of paper and passed it on, from that time Phil Kelly done everything, including the landscaping. The result, we could not be happier with the out come, house built without any need to worry about the contract, just good people to do business with.”

It started with the design & quoting stage. Dragan is a whizz on the CAD program they use & he literally brings your project to life in front of you on the screen. A brilliant concept. Mark was there every step of the way. Mark was also involved when there were issues during the build that needed his input. Cared about the outcome, the build quality, and the client. We didn't agree on everything, but no one ever would on a project like this. Very fair in his approach, and both parties gave a little. (as in the builder & the owner) I would recommend them as a builder. One of the few who will conquer difficult blocks (although ours was flat) and complex projects from start to finish. Highly recommend.”
