“Jon has worked patiently with us for over 2 years while we finalized our design through two complete revisions, and multiple smaller changes. He helped us find a loan officer who would finance construction in the country, which is harder to find than in a subdivision. We are now nearly complete on the construction process and he has shown the same patience - explaining our options and helping us to choose the best option for our needs and desires. His sub-contractors are doing top quality work.”

“My wife and I bought a 25-year-old house that we needed to completely update and remodel. New kitchen, three bathrooms, walls moved, all new floors, interior painting, new interior trim, new lighting, wallpaper removed, and much more. The moment Mr. Riley walked through the front door we knew he would be our contractor. He exuded warmth and a confidence that we had not felt with anyone else. He understood what we wanted, made suggestions and explained from the very start what we would encounter as we started this project. There were many unexpected problems and required major renovations. We replaced all the floors, wiring, lights, renovated bathrooms, enlarged a bedroom and added a walk in closet, renovated the kitchen, removed a wall in the dining room, redid the fireplace, replaced crown molding and base moldings and so much more. No one warned us how stressful this would be but Mr. Riley practically held our hands as the construction got underway and calmed us down. He was there for us through all the exciting and wonderful developments as the project grew and the house we envisioned came into focus. We truly believe that he was just as excited as we were. The finished house has gone beyond our expectations. We thank him for his patience and understanding and say from the bottom of our hearts that our relationship did not end when the job was completed. We have become friends for life and both my wife and I realize how lucky we were to have found such a wonderful person and such a professional and competent contractor. Even now when a project arises Mr. Riley is on speed dial.”
