“I had to replumb my entire house due to faulty plumbing and the plumbers left a MESS! But Talofa Remodeling swooped in, fixed all the holes and painted the entire house in a matter of days. It was such a blessing to come home to a living space and not a construction site. I hired them again to install a back deck awning and new flooring through out. I was able to sell the house above asking price! Very professional, punctual and reliable.”

“After interviewing three builders, I contracted with Fine Home Building because of their proven track record of renovating older homes - my home is 114 years old. FHB did an outstanding job, executing a full renovation including new additions to the house to accommodate a redesigned and enlarged kitchen, new master bath, office and laundry room as well an s a new screen porch. As a side note, the entire backside of the kitchen opens to the screen porch through magnificent mahogany doors that FHB manufactured - they are a work of art. The extensive remodel/renovation was completed while my wife and I were living in Germany, meaning this project was completed with very little oversight from the owners. The highest praise I can give FHB’s owner, Tom Bierster, he is an honorable man, always standing by the quality of his work – and always good for his word. This single attribute led to the successful renovation of our new home. I recommend FHB without reservation.”

“We hired Chris Holmes and his company to do work on our home in January, 2015. It is now August, 2015, and I felt compelled to write the following to Chris: "Chris, I want to let you know how much we have been enjoying all the improvements you and your crew made to our home earlier this year. The two air conditioning systems are wonderful. The front door has gotten many compliments. Most of all, Lionel has enjoyed his radio room immensely! Also, the new locks on all the doors are a dream come true. We think of you each time we open the front door! Thanks for the quality job." Chris is very professional and knowledgeable and he has a very good group of people working for him. They were on time, neat and did quality work. We had a new air conditioning system installed, an outside room created with a sliding glass door and a separate air conditioner, a new front door installed, and all the locks in the house replaced. We are so glad we hired Chris to coordinate everything. We benefited from his knowledge, leadership and connections with suppliers. We will hire him next time we have work to be done, and we would recommend him to our friends and family. “Steve Pruett and his crew put on out metal roof, our screened-in-porch, several tile floors, and a new garage door. They have repaired and painted our eaves and facia, replaced burned out wiring, got the disposal running again, plumbed the dishwasher, re-plumbed the water heater. When I said, Hey we've got a leak, they arrived Johney on the Spot and fixed it right. Great bunch of guys to work with!”

“Semi custom home being built right now. Very nice folks that are very helpful and do good quality work on the construction of the home. However I find the choices of what they offer on the interior selection is somewhat limited and so if you want something different its all an upgrade and cost additional. Overall they do good work but could offer more choices with in the budget of the home.”
