“Sordan Construction is everything you look for in a company, and my experience with this company is nothing short of phenomenal. From the quality of work to the ingenuity, from the professionalism and punctuality, to the value of what you get, speaks of excellence. This company does not accept mediocre work even if it means spending its own money to rectify errors and obstacles in the projects. The company is also well versed with different styles and methods of construction: from traditional, transitional, contemporary, modern, and ultra modern. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances. “Working with Derek, Lisa and their team on our new kitchen was an absolute pleasure. They were all creative, professional, courteous, super communicative and organized (and ensure that all their subcontractors were as well). Lisa and Derek both took a very collaborative approach to working with us - making it as low-stress as possible. They gave us great design options to choose from, presented us with ideas for materials that would never have occurred to us (but which look fantastic) and they were very flexible in terms of ensuring that they stayed under our budget constraints. The project finished on time, under budget and it looks AMAZING. We would recommend them to anyone for any project big or small, they already have our next one lined up. Our new kitchen is the heart of our home and has been life changing.”

“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“We hired Saltsman Brenzel to build a new house on the site of a demolished house. We had completed 2 construction projects in the past, with different companies, and our experience with SB was superior in every way. The design of the house is sensitive to the neighborhood and the site, while incorporating our requests. The design/build aspect was seamless, from permitting all the way through to finish work. The budget was kept track of with regular meetings & weekly spread sheets. I would highly recommend SB for a productive, low-stress, and enjoyable construction experience.”

“We are extremely delighted to provide a review on our experience working with Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling company for enhancing our existing deck. It was a great pleasure to work with Yuri and his crew throughout the entire process. Right from the start when we were reaching out to several contractors about our deck project, Yuri stopped by multiple times upon our request to patiently answer all our questions and provide good insights and design options on the concerns we had on the expansion of the deck. Once the project was awarded to him, Yuri immediately filed a permit with the town and was diligently answering all the questions that town had related to the work. Upon approval of the permit from the town (which took almost a month), Yuri immediately started the work the very next day with his experienced crew. The crew were so dedicated and punctual that the work got completed within 7 days when it was supposed to take more than 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was impeccable, as there was not even a single hour during the day when his crew was idle due to lack of material or direction. Their dedication and attention to detail is really praiseworthy. Yuri has all the required professionals (plumber, electrician, designer, engineers etc) at his disposal that he can have them come over as needed when unforeseen hurdles creep up. They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects. We really loved the overall experience and quality of work that was delivered by Yuri and his crew. Way to go Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling. Keep up the excellent work!”
