“Working with Beaver Mountain on our addition was a positive experience from the first day to the last. We added a master bedroom and bath, family room, mudroom/laundry entrance and garage, and our "old" porch was enclosed to make a pantry. The original home was sided in the same cedar siding matching the new addition. The guidance and support from Beaver Mountain was professional, skilled, and always available. The materials provided were of the highest quality, The outside cedar siding is 2 inches thick and both sides were stained before being brought to our site. The inside pine is amazingly beautiful and smooth. After blueprints were finalized we were introduced to three contractors who were scheduled at intervals to come to the site, along with B.M.'s Francie Cook, to meet with us and discuss the construction plans. They sent in their bids to B.M. for the project and chose the contractor we felt met our needs the best. This was wonderful since we had never been involved with a construction project before. The project was completed in a timely fashion and we are pleased with our new and improved home.”

“I was in BIG trouble! Due to a leak in my roof that had gone unnoticed for years, the entire side wall of my house was in danger of crashing to the ground. As Rob exposed the areas, it kept getting worse and worse than I had imagined. The rot was everywhere, and he discovered a lot of "sistering" from previous attempts to fix it. They were also rotten. Rob handled every aspect of this huge job with professionalism, determination, and sheer genius. There was NO WAY he was going to let my house fall apart, and it is now better supported than when it was first built back in 1964. I was really in a panic about it, but Rob's confidence was very calming. He reassured me every inch of the way. That was most appreciated. The supports he built were engineered specifically for the job. Safety was definitely a concern. Rob had to support one area before he could remove support from other areas. It was incredible to watch him work. As the job progressed towards completion, my smiles came more often. What a relief to have the house repaired! I am VERY happy with the result! This was the second of many projects that Rob has done for me. I will be submitting more reports (all excellent) on Rob Severs and Picture Perfect Home Improvements.
