“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“I met Chris when I was hired to build a custom shower he and his wife had designed. Walking into the near complete renovation project is was obvious Chris had great attention to detail. The tile I installed highlighted other colors in the master suite.... All the trims were fluent throughout the house, color schemes all seemed to work well together. All the hardware used in the kitchen, bathrooms, foyer to even the shower and lighting fixtures complimented each other nicely I thought. I have since done a few more projects with Ambrose Custom Builders and thoroughly enjoy the unique ideas Chris and his team come up with.”

“Aspen Ridge Builders recently installed a complete set of replacement windows in our home. Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”

“Unity built a Tradd for us. The house is beautiful and very comfortable to live in. As with any project there have been small issues here and there. The impressive thing has been the way that Unity has responded to them. They have been creative and done whatever it takes to resolve any issue that has come up - even sending out their own staff to take care of problems caused by our contractor (at no charge to us). Unity is a really professional and excellent company to work with.”

“Housewright Construction did a great job on our kitchen. We had a wall removed, the ceiling had to be patched and painted, and we had new cabinets refinished. They did a great job, we are very happy with the results! You can't tell where the ceiling was redone and our cabinets are beautiful!”

“We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “The Davis Frame Company hosted a visit to Claremont, NH, where my wife and I stayed in their model home, toured their production facility, and were made to feel at home. In the design phase they were very responsive - they modified a stock design to suit our needs. During design and construction they were very available to our architect and subs. I was on the phone frequently with questions and problems - the hand-holding was extraordinary. The business side was clear and straightforward. All targets were met. There was no quibbling. Our house is complete and it is a stunner! The Davis frame is a house....and it's a work of art. If there were 7 stars I'd give them seven.”
