“I hired Urban Oasis to design a backyard garden and install new stairs and stonework. After a very enjoyable design consultation, Carrie presented three designs and I selected one with no reservations. I went with her to the nursery to pick out additional plants (she incorporated much of the existing garden.) Old raised beds were replaced with a bluestone patio, and a long flight of uneven concrete stairs leading to the house from the street were replaced with granite. All of the specialty stone work was done with exacting attention to detail. I have been delighted with the outdoor extension of my old Craftsman bungalow.”

“Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “I first worked with Ryan and his crew when I wanted to update my West Seattle home. I wanted to update the bathroom without spending a small fortune. Ryan came up with great looking, cost effective solutions. They also replaced the windows & doors. They did such a nice job that I contacted them again when I wanted to convert my downstairs into an ADU. Once again, Ryan came up with cost saving ideas for the ceiling, bathroom, flooring & kitchenette. It was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing!
