“I have hired Contemporary Contracting, Inc. for various maintenance projects.. My latest project was to install 20 replacement windows. His work is neat, clean and by code. The windows are 90 years old and he saved and reinstalled my molding. The weight box was filled with insulation, everything was caulked, and the trim outside was painted. His workmanship is excellent, his price is reasonable, and I plan to hire him to replace my remaining 14 windows and my decking.”

“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done.
