“We would highly recommend Notre Maison for design and renovation. They did an incredible job finishing our 2500 square foot basement from the studs and making sure it was consistent with the rest of our home. In particular we were impressed with budget/time management, design recommendations and quality of Notre Maison. They came in ontime and under budget. This was particularly important to us because we had a family reunion at the finish of the project. They had the appropriate amount of extra time built into the schedule to make sure project challenges that arose were able to be dealt with in a timely manner but still keep the project on schedule. They were very understanding of our strict budget. They stuck to it and didn't try to convince us to buy more expensive product. We loved the design recommendations-- few of our favorites are the trey ceiling over the game room, the tile choices in the kitchen & bath, the lofts in the playroom, the wallcovering in the dining area and the great use of space under the steps for storage. Of course quality is very important too. They chose excellent, name brand appliances. They even upgraded our insulation to the high-end, mold management selection so that our basement would never smell moldy (while staying within budget). All in all, we would highly recommend this very professional, high quality company.”

“Rachel (lead at Fountainhead, LLC) is a consummate professional who makes her clients feel like true partners in every sense of the word. She comes to the table full of ideas and a vision, but also creates a climate where the client feels comfortable articulating their needs, goals, and budget for a project. Over the past 2 1/2 years Rachel has helped me realize my dream for a lake house. While design is her main area of focus, she brings a multitude of other skills to the table. For example, she assisted with the selection of the lot for my home, weighed in on technology required for internet, sound, and security, and provided advice on effectively juggling contractors, subcontractors, architects, and others involved in the project, just to name a few. When it comes to design, Rachel is quite good at working within any budget. Have a big ticket item that seems out of reach? Rachel will find an affordable substitute. Best of all, Rachel has a keen eye and she is always attuned to how all aspects of a design concept need to come together. I am fairly confident that once my home is complete, it will be among the most elegant, distinctive, and welcoming properties on Lake Sinclair. “Perimeter builders put a second story addition on our lake home last summer. It was a stressful time in our lives but Shane, Chuck and the company made the transition very smooth for us. The renovation was done first class throughout. No shortcuts, no cheap materials etc. I was impressed with their background in high-end building and renovations in Atlanta and in Milledgeville. Their experience helped us with designing our addition. The addition looks like it was part of the original construction. Extremely well done. I am a real estate agent of 20 years and always recommend perimeter of builders to my clients. Good hard-working honest family men. Two thumbs up.”

“Blueprint Design Build was a godsend on our recent home renovation. Their attention to detail is incredible, and their commitment to excellent customer service is like a breath of fresh air. We simply cannot recommend them highly enough! Partners James Krysak and Al Gordon and their crew recently finished a full house remodel for us with workmanship and service that were outstanding. From the design process throughout the project completion, they were thorough and professional. James listened to our wants and needs and then helped design a kitchen and two baths utilizing every inch of available space. Al led a team of professionals into our home to remove the old and rebuild a stunningly beautiful new kitchen, master bath, and guest bath.
