“DRC did an incredible job building a detached studio/home office for us this fall. We didn't know anything about construction, and we weren't sure exactly what we wanted or how to approach the project. Vincent and Cuco came to the property and helped us design and place a structure that was exactly what we needed and that could be built quickly while staying strictly within county guidelines. The project started almost immediately, and they finished in just over a month! The crews were always polite, kept our property neat, and everyone really seemed to take pride in the final product. Our new studio gives us a beautiful space, a whole new area of our yard that was unusable before, and will add value to our property. We can't say enough good things about DRC -- would hire them again in a heartbeat!”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“I’m an Architect who hired NRC to complete a complicated whole-house remodel on my 1902 home. Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I always felt like their team truly cared for the project and went out of their way to make things spectacular. They have an eye for detail, were always appropriately flexible (as any good general contractor should be), and provided an outstanding value. I have lived in the house now for several years and can strongly recommend them.”

“Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!”

Sonny and his team were fair, timely, responsive, hard working and highly professional. Specifically, Sonny’s friendly and warm demeanor made communication easy and straightforward. We truly felt as though he had our best interest in mind. In addition, Sonny’s eye for design offered expert assistance in making certain aesthetic decisions about the design and finish of our home. The finished project was not only solidly crafted, but beautiful, as well. “We just completed a laundry room/ half bath remodel. I have to give the highest recommendation to our contractor Edward and his company Builder Land. "I ended up getting five bids for my laundry room/ half bath remodel. Builder Land was almost the last. Edward, the owner, was the ONLY ONE who recommended tearing up the old flooring down to the subfloor! All the others were pitching slapping another layer on top of what was the existing flooring! Which turned out to be two layers already. We initiated this remodel because the old toilet had leaked. So I really wanted to see the condition of the subfloor. There ended up being only minor damage and it was easily repaired. Wouldn't of happened with the other contractors. That was a BIG deal to me. The next defining aspect was the detail of the bid. Only one other contractor came close to the detail and clarity of the bid. We selected the cabinets, vanities and countertops from a list of vendors that Edward gave us. He verified all measurements and placed the order. We received a copy of HIS bill and payed no markup. We order all the faucets, laundry rack, towel ring, toilet, medicine cabinet and had them delivered. So once again no markup. The result of this a final project cost that was $11,000 lower than the next closest bid. I'm not a guy who goes with the lowest bid. But the clear presentation of the estimate detailing labor and specifics for each aspect of the project gave me a degree of confidence. Builder Land was ready to go in a few weeks. The work was completed in 10 work days. The construction quality and detail was excellent. My ONLY challenge was a degree of communication difficulty with the on-site workers. Ukrainian immigrants who spoke English to a degree meant that more complex discussions were conducted with Edward, the owner, during his frequent job site visits to make sure we were all on the same page. The workers were hard working and diligent with annoyingly sunny dispositions. Yeah I'm a cranky old man. I hate remodeling but if you're going to do it this is a good company to do it with."”

“I have both Sold and Listed New Homes for Sapphire Home NW. I have been selling and listing New Homes since 1988 working with several New Home builders. What I appreciate most about Sapphire is their commitment to their Tag Line "Built to Last". Most folks never get to see what is behind the walls, these homes are built very well. Two other areas that are important to both me and my clients is the effort that Sapphire goes to in an effort to make a sale happen and make it a good experience, they are very fair to deal with, this is unusual for most Home Builders in my opinion. Next is what happens after the sale, Customer Service and Follow up are the Best I have experienced. With other Home Builders I have dealt with Customer Service is often an after thought and it means I have to hound them to satisfy my clients, not the case with Sapphire, they get it done, they want satisfied customers and they do deliver. I highly recommend Sapphire Homes if you are looking to purchase a New Home.”
