All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. The work crew and partners for Bartow Builders are top notch in their fields, and are also friendly and a pleasure to work with. The customer service and attention to detail are exceptional. The quality of construction was superb. The builder listened closely to everything that we wanted and helped us bring it to life. The builder early in the process suggested we use the Houzz site to look for room designs and styles that we like, and to flag them as our "favorites", because then it was much easier to explain to the builder and the sub-contractors our preferences. He met with us many times going through our plans and options. He was accommodating, yet realistic with what we could afford. We felt comfortable and at ease with the open line of communication they provided. Everyone on their team has been helpful and kind. Jim Kelly our project manager keeps us informed of progress and what we can expect to see during construction. He is very attentive and always responds to calls or emails the same day. “Tony and his firm were very professional in all our dealings with him. They did a major kitchen remodeling project which included removal of the old kitchen and moving walls and installation of new cabinets and flooring.
