Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. “We were really pleased with the service we received from Quantum Built as we were with the final results of our renovations. The team worked with us closely from the original concepts and designs to material selections and budget management. We were first time renovators and felt Scott, Jason and the team showed their expertise and understanding in guiding us through the process. During the planning stage they were always quick to respond to our requests with design alterations and when we needed to tailor the plans to work within budgetary limitations they did so without delay. I would like to give a particular mention to the project site manager who was always understanding and respectful that our family lived on site during the build. Special attention was paid to minimize our discomfort. I am confident that Quantum Built will manage any post-project maintenance with the same diligence and focus on customer service.”
