“The moment we met Daniel, we had confidence in his skills; which were also endorsed by our architect. The team of builders employed by Daniel were polite, hard-working, tidy, respectful and highly skilled. My wife and I have high standards on finish, and the plastering particularly was excellent. The whole extension and garage utility work was well project managed and when challenges arose (mainly around our kitchen from Wren), Daniel was calm and helpful to help resolve any issues and did a lot more to help than any other tradesman I've come across (parts did not come as planned, not DK's fault). This is my fourth house refurb and by far the best. We are so happy, and really proud of our extension. The comments by friends and family have been outstanding.”

“The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. In addition the collaboration with the planning and conservation teams was first class and made a real difference. We remain extremely pleased with all the work! I would thoroughly recommend the Pro-Build Team for any project you are looking to get done. I hope that they will be back here in the future to do more for us.”

“Elliott Construction were 5 stars from start to finish with our kitchen / living area extension. They were the only ones that quoted for the work that really seemed to take a genuine interest in the project we were trying to create and the only ones that got back to us when they said they would. Just on their initial service alone I could tell they were going to be the best. They managed our project through from start to finish, were honest and upfront about everything so there were no surprises, and actually finished ahead of when they estimated they would. “Having worked with many construction companies, I can honestly say the Cheshire Oak Structures are the most professional From design, groundworks, build and roofing all the site employees and sub contractors were extremely polite and obliging We now have a great functional building that really sets off our property The whole office team kept us up to date and Dean simply got on with the job The site was left clean and tidy I would have no recommendation in recommending them, they are not the cheapest but you will get what you have paid for and an asset to the property that is both functional and beautiful Dave Perkins”

“Graham provided us with a great service which was outlined clearly from the first few meetings we had. The price was agreed at the start and it the payment schedule was clear. As Graham stated the total amount didn't change (with the exception of a couple of things that we chose to add on as extras). Communication was excellent throughout.”

“We contacted Glassrooms after seeing some very interesting designs on the Internet Rich then arranged a site visit to look at our project Rich and Phil came about a week later and did some measuring up and presented us with some glassroom options Unfortunately we were then delayed due to being in a conservative area when the plans were submitted everyone was very happy with the design Wayne and his great bunch of lads then arrived and did the necessary preparation for the Glassroom They were very helpful clean and tidy All projects have their little problems Wayne solved them quickly and to our mutual satisfaction Glassrooms are a great company to deal with and we would certainly recommend them and be happy to show anyone the finished project Andy & Mo Griffin”

“I am an architect specialising in high end residential projects for developers and end user clients, both in the UK and globally. I completed a project in Kensington with MIC, refurbishing the interior of a Modernist listed apartment for a private client. The works included new kitchen, bathrooms, finishes and services throughout. David and his team acted professionally at all times, and carried out the work to a good standard. Critically, due to the nature of the work, they also did not seek to take advantage of the inevitable changes requested by the client during the construction period. I can therefore recommend MIC for similar building works, and intend including them on tender lists in future.”
