“Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time and home. We felt the cost of the project was competitive and fair. “I hired MACVEL to remove a multi flue chimney, close in the roof and reroof my house. The roof was very old and had multiple leaks that had been patched over a long period of time and there was a lot of damage. They did the job within the time they stated they would, and also within the quoted price. I also added a few items while they were working and they accommodated my request. The roof looks great, and the property was left as clean and neat around the house as it had been before the roofing began. I would hire them again!”

“Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic. Once the work got under way they were here every day.I can't say enough about how pleased we were to work with Tom on this project. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate. He is highly principled and the experience was a very good one.”

“Area: North Druid Hills Structure: Townhouse Work Type: Mold Remediation Finding black mold in your place can be a very daunting prospect. I had another construction company renovate my place but ended up puncturing a drainage pipe inside the hall closet, without my knowledge. Several months later, I was already moved in only to discover it. I am so glad that Nate from DSP came to the rescue.
