“I highly recommend Phoenix Construction. I was interested in having the siding and roof replaced due to aging. I received 3 estimates for the work and Phoenix was the most complete and within my budget. The suggestions provided by Joe R. the owner were most useful and did not add to the cost of the job. He gave excellent advice in regards to the color of the siding and roof. His recommendations included a dry well to eliminate a previous flooding and icing conditions. Joe also recommended replacing a door to match all the new siding and roof. The work was done in a timely manner and done to the satisfaction of my wife and I. Even after the work was done Joe, noticed a couple of items that were not up to his standards and made his workers correct them to his satisfaction. Once again his work was excellent and my neighbor so impressed with his work that he hired him and was as pleased with his work as well.”

“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. “A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. “Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”
