“In January 2014 we had a total kitchen remodel done by Stellar. The old kitchen was small, outdated and dysfunctional. They removed everything and expanded the kitchen footprint. We supplied the flooring, cabinets, counter top, back splash, appliances, sink, faucet and hardware. Total cost was $29,000 for labor. The transformation is amazing and we still get compliments from everyone who sees it. Overall it was a good experience. We lived in the house while the renovation took place, which is not something I would recommend, but they were able to work around us and after about 3 months we have a "stellar" home.”

“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! “We hired Maksim to help us do dry rot repair and a patio door replacement. We are so happy with how it all turned out. Throughout the process Maksim kept us informed, was very professional and walked us through what he was doing. Maksim is also reasonably priced! “We used Noor Construction for our 2 bedroom house bathrooms and kitchen remodel, flooring, paint and so many other work, and we have loved the results. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various trade offs we could make. We were very happy with the project, which finished on time and on budget. We worked closely with Omar who were excellent, responsive, and professional. He was great problem solver and worked well with the appliance, countertop, flooring and cabinets, making sure that the final results had the highest quality. Paint was amazing. The pricing was not only fair but they helped us find ways to save through creative shortcuts. Very happy with how beautiful our house become. We would definitely work with Noor construction again! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would be a referral for these guys for any and every job and we will ABSOLUTELY be hiring them again for our next project.

“I hired CEDB to do a complete remodel on my kitchen. I have nothing but high marks to say about Susan. She is excellent in her communication; very prompt. She is very capable to handle all the decisions for a project if that's what someone wanted but she is also happy to collaborate and incorporate the owner's ideas. She has a great rapport with the sub-contractors and works with them often which results in high quality work in a timely manner and the finish work actually gets completed! Compared to when I acted as the contractor for a previous kitchen remodel i can say that hiring CEDB made it so much easier.”

“I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”
