Josh not only worries about execution, but also thinks about design, logistics, cosmetic and aesthetics. This is important to me. I don't always have the know how, but have the idea of what I want and Josh always seems to find a way to fit the design of what I am thinking. “Glen and Matt are the contractor/Builders you would wait in line for. Never have I had a better experience estimates are right on the money and Glen's honesty is never in question. Several times he was able to pass on materials savings to us, and the quality of workmanship--perfection! Matt and Glen maintain the highest level of professionalism in their personal conduct. I would trust them with my house and all of my belonging without a care--they are as trustworthy as it gets. When we need builders for any more remodeling or building, we will only use Halldale Builders. I stand four-square behind this review even several years later.”

“Steve was a great partner to work with on our recent net zero Design/Build collaboration! Steve was able to take our detailed list of design requirements and create an incredibly functional home plan that ultimately satisfied all of our needs and desires. Highlights of our project included: - The final home plan was the product of a highly collaborative and iterative design process that relied upon 3D renderings and walkthroughs to test and review the plan at each stage of design. This allowed us to validate the plan and, where necessary, make adjustments before construction actually started. We can honestly say that there is nothing material we would change about the design. - Steve’s extensive background in modular and net zero construction ensured an extremely energy-efficient home (HERS score of 11) - Our building envelope presented some interesting positional challenges that Steve was able to solve elegantly and efficiently. - Steve not only accommodated our desire to do the interior finishing work (i.e., cabinetry, tiling, flooring, painting, etc.) ourselves, but in fact actively facilitated our ability to do so by adjusting his build plan to complete our workshop well before the rest of the house was completed. “Androscoggin Builders is building me a 1500 sq. ft. house and it has been a wonderful experience! George Bardaglio, owner/contractor, has listened to what I want; v match cathedral ceiling in living/dining area, tray ceilings in the two bedrooms and den, crown molding and two archways where there are open doorways. He has also done an excellent job in explaining and showing things to me so that I understand. Overall it has been a great experience!”

“Ken was hired to design and construct a large three bay garage with ample open concept living space above. The project was rich with complexity regarding septic design, town approval, and orientation on the land. Ken met personally with all the trades needed and worked through weather and illness adversities to complete the project on time while keeping it thoughtfully updated along the way without a significant financial increase. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and communication; very folksy, yet quite knowledgeable. I would (and will) hire Build Rite construction again.”

“Our experience with Ray was outstanding. His estimates for both cost and time were extremely accurate and fair. In some cases, he needed to fix someone else's work at our property. In those instances, he thoughtfully explained what needed to happen and why. We have had Ray return for a number of significant projects to include: new roof and roofline, new porch rebuild from top to bottom, and design and build of an overhead for our front door. We have been happy with all of his projects and results. I would certainly request his expertise again and recommend others to as well.”

“We hired Broughman Builders to add a second floor to our house. This was a very difficult project from a design standpoint. They were very patient in explaining options, costs, and made many recommendations that ultimately were the best choices. The resulting work quality was excellent and their professionalism during and after the construction period was so appreciated. Since completion we have had Broughman remodel our kitchen and provide other repair services to the few older systems in the house that they did not initially replace. Great experience and we will continue to use them with our remaining projects.”
