“I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction. “I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “Spaces Renewed is a great company managed by a contractor-designer husband & wife team. Beth has a keen eye for design complimented by Marshall's high professional level of construction expertise. It was a real advantage for us to consult with both of them during the initial consultation, and the computer generated plans gave us a real good sense of what the end product would look like. From start to finish they were pleasant and courteous in every way showing a full degree of trustworthiness and honesty. The contractual documents were clearly itemized with plenty of detail, and all our questions were addressed with great care. They had a very skillful work crew that showed careful attention to every detail, including thorough cleanup at the end of every work day. They were always responsive to any questions or requests we had. Workdays were very consistent with no delays, which made the project come in on schedule. Everything worked out to be right on budget, and the final results far exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in giving Beth and Marshall the highest rating, and recommending their company to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional job done.”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “After 10 years, my husband and I decided to have our kitchen and master bathroom renovated. After consulting with four construction firms, we selected Modern home remodeling for various reasons. When Alon the project manager looked at our project, he said his team could transform it with no problem and gave us many great design ideas. The main things that made us decide on Modern home remodeling was Alon our project manager, he was very patient, professional and explained us the whole process of our project. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, alon let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were functual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for any renovation project in your home!”

“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. “Complete master bath remodel and outdoor shower. Steve Berg is awesome!!! He was referred to us by a friend who used Berg construction for a small bath reno. We had an extremely long shower that we had made smaller due to the unused space. New tiles, shower heads, tub and completely new cabinets. Steve had an idea of the style we liked and gave us sooo many great options. He has a great eye for design and was always available when we had questions. Steve gave us a very competitive bid that included EVERYTHING. His tile guy, Julio was meticulous. Our bathroom came out even better than we imagined. We are absolutely thrilled and are considering renovating other parts of our home with Steve Berg.”
