“I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.”

“My wife and I had pleasure of working with Dwellify on our kitchen remodel in Farmington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and turn-key process is superior. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. Then their team came to our house and did all the right things – they covered our floors, kept the work space clean and finished on time. Best service in the market.”

“Bob and his crew remodeled our master bath to include a walk-in shower which was our highest priority. They made everything to.our satisfaction even though it took a couple of tries to get our mosaic stone right. He kept us apprised of each phase and was"hands on" for much of the work. We can highly recommend this company for any similar project.”
Lidda Design
Tucson, AZ Renovation Contractors
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars24 May 2016
“Even before my husband and I put an offer on our new house, I consulted with Lidda. She offered to come see the house with me, and was able to provide great insight into what needed to be done. She walked through the house with us and shared her ideas on how to greatly improve the look and feel of the house. She was very helpful in keeping us within our budget and gave us different options for upgrades that looked glamorous and modern but were cost effective. The final product was more than I could have asked for. She turned our house into the home we've always wanted. She and her crew are very reliable and professional. We recommend her to anyone who's looking for help with interior design. Her ability to completely transform a space fro nothing to something amazing is impeccable.”

“The workmanship was excellent. That should be enough to recommend the company. I will use the company again next summer for additional remodel work. I had over 2,000 square feet of tile replaced, and I had two bathrooms remodeled.”
Eren Design and Remodel
Tucson, AZ Renovation Contractors
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars22 June 2013
“I first hired Eren Design and Remodel 2 years ago to begin a renovation of my entire home. I have done it in stages and continue to use their services for ongoing projects. Eren has been outstanding every step of the way, from design to finishing touches. I had a very rough idea of what I wanted from my house. Eren provided a team of professionals who listened carefully and made suggestions that I never would have considered. They provided experts in various fields, brought samples to my home, took me to see examples in other homes, gave me information about the pros and cons of each option, and had endless patience as I made decisions. I couldn't have been better informed and prepared. They are perfectionists in their work and provided a very high quality result. If anything was different than what I was expecting they again provided the time needed to make sure I had what I wanted. No concern was too small to be addressed since they were not satisfied until I was perfectly happy with my result. I now live in my dream home thanks to Eren Design.”

“Robert was very quick in responding to my request. He even had availability to show to my home the day day as my request. He was very professional and caught some repairs that needed to be done that I overlooked. He's very professional and extremely accommodating. He's reasonable in prices”
John Herder Building
Tucson, AZ Renovation Contractors
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars8 July 2014
“Great Housexpectations… We’ve been watching John Herder’s builds in TE2 since 1999. But it was not until we started our build in 2010 that we came to fully realize John’s attention to detail from the blueprints, to staking out the foundation on the lot to take full advantage of the space and the views, to ensuring that the framing was perfect and even suggesting we adjust certain aspects to contain costs or improve the look, to varying the roof line to make the exterior more appealing, to setting the porch height to provide shade without interfering with the mountain view, to making sure we had the lighting where we would need it (like where exactly are you going to place the dining room table?), to recommending special insulation, to suggesting roof windows rather than skylights, etc , etc. These construction details effectively disappear once the house is completed. What one does notice however are some of the finishing touches that set John and Paulette apart. If we could find a picture of it John could build it. Or if we were after some specific look, Paulette could create it. What we ended up with is a work of art that we can live within and we had fun doing it. In pursuit of low lifetime environmental impact John incorporated a roof water harvesting system, grey water collection, solar power generation, upgraded insulation and LED lighting that has resulted in a net zero energy home. On the outside John listened to our desire for a seamless transition from our yard to the desert. He took charge of the landscaping and we have had many compliments on our ‘desertscape’. And the location itself – Starr Ridge with its 360 views - Big Cat and Little Cat mountains that border the development to the east, Golden Gate, Brenn and First Ridge to the north, the Santa Ritas to the south, Baboquivari and Kitt Peak to the west. We love that there is world class hiking and mountain biking from our doorstep. We love that we can see native birds and animals right in our back yard. All this yet we are moments from the amenities of the city. This has been a rewarding experience and we look forward to many years of enjoyment at Starr Ridge. Thank you John and Paulette, Nancy & Bruce”
