“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. “Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“Will came recommended. He organised our building work (from measuring up, giving advice/suggesting alternative options, ordering materials, to fitting the aluminium fascias and spray-painting the window frames) and saw the job through from start to finish in the most professional way. Will and his colleague Sam are reliable, unobtrusive and left the site clean and tidy at the end of every day. Will communicates well. He successfully liaises with third parties (for example, scaffolders, rubbish clearance) which allows the job to flow smoothly. Will’s workmanship is excellent. He is meticulous and has an eye for detail which results in an excellent finish. I would happily use Will again and would thoroughly recommend him.”

“From the first meeting to the last snagging session Jake from Maplecroft Construction has been professional, and really helpful. We had the rear of our home ( conservatory, utility room and kitchen) rebuilt and fixed seating constructed in the courtyard with a planter trough. The project was planned and work completed within budget and timescale to a very high standard. This included all surveying, building control, solving draining issues and full electrical certification.”
