“Bill can read my wife's mind--he is a stickler for detail and does impeccable work. The Schnettler's run a family business and they always do one level better than what you thought it would be done. Bill built our house for us in Minnesota about 25 years ago. You think you're going to get really good quality and when the Schnettlers do it it is great quality! Even with our landscaping he was able to put up retaining walls coming off of the concrete wall. It was an add on and it looks really good! When building our house he thought "how could we make this more economical--heat wise?" and put in floor heating in the bathroom. He made the house heat efficient in a place like Minnesota where you need it. Bill has been building homes for 25 years and Joe has been doing it with his dad. I'm very appreciative--i've done some work myself and it's so nice to have good professionals like them around. Their subcontractors that they pick and choose do a really good job. Everything is in line and the walls and plumbing are very high quality workmanship. It looks good. While building our home Bill and my wife would talk on a daily basis and he would let me wife know what was going on. If my wife wanted to make changes Bill was very sensitive to that because he understands that people have their own tastes and he makes our ideas even better than we expected. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.”
