Me and the family are extremely happy with services we received at all times. Work was completed on time that we agreed and to a high standard. “PMB Construction have done a fantastic job on the complete architectural refurbishment of our period house. The director took the time to understand our aims and concerns and worked closely with us with courtesy and intelligence to realise the design while keeping costs to the original budget. He was always calm and competent, happy to accommodate small changes where needed and spending the time required on site to get things right. He knew how to pick his team, they were all fast, competent and respectful with excellent office backup. We felt very lucky to have worked with PMB Construction and could not recommend them more..”

“I had this company to do some feature walls inside my house (Travertino solid plaster) which is very special. They also rendered the outside of my house which makes the house look very nice. The quality from start to finish was exceptional the boys who came were very polite and very respectful. I would highly recommend this company very professional in their approach.”

“Darius and his team did a great job of our bathroom refurbishment (removing a wall between two adjoining rooms and completely refurbishing the new room and fitting a new bathroom suite, tiling and decorating) - from first contact to finishing the job Darius was very professional and responsive and consulted with us throughout to ensure all of the details for the work were as we wanted them. Tom and the rest of the team completed the work to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the overall finish. Minor snagging works were completed very promptly and without any problems. The works started on time and were completed within the approximate timetable indicated. Darius, Tom and their colleagues were also very pleasant to deal with, and we will definitely use them for other work to our home in the future.”

“We had a dormer conversion carried out. The initial quote was competitive and timescale was given as 4-5 weeks. This was a selling point as other quotes had indicated up to 12 weeks. Work was completed on time and to a high standard. All trades were polite and respectful and clean and tidy. Really delighted with finished result and would highly recommend using the company and trades again.”

“We had really great experience with CLL from start to finish. Huw did a great job during the sales and explained really well how our loft conversion will look (double bedroom and bathroom). What we found extremely useful was a clear overview and expert advice on the whole process and all the prerequisites needed for a smooth running of the project. Huw was really helpful and I felt he really focused on our needs as customers. Renatas and the building team did a fantastic job in making it all a reality and we absolutely love new space they’ve created for us! The work was really well coordinated, done to a high standard and ahead of the agreed schedule, all of which was very important to us. We felt CLL really listened and understood our requirements. Guys were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very polite, courteous and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Even our neighbours complemented on how efficient, hard working and noise minimal the team were! We are extremely pleased with our new space and would definitely recommend CLL to anyone.”
