“We have used Community Renovations for 2 bathroom projects. One master bath was renovated top to bottom, 1 bathroom was renovated with new floor and walk in shower. The customer service, attention to detail, knowledge of market materials available, timely manner from beginning to end of project was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. “I scheduled my inspection prior to closing on our home. The staff was professional and easy to work with. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and at a time that suited me. Upon arrival, the inspector was clear and informative, very thorough, even giving us tips and hints for maintenance and energy saving and easy ways to increase our property value. He was able to alert us to some simple items that needed repair. We were provided a detailed report with the condition of all major systems inside our home as well as the interior review and items that may need repair or replacement, approximate age and where we can make minor improvements. It was a great education on our home and I'm happy with the professionalism and clarity of the inspection and the pleasant staff.”

“I hired Downriver Cleanup & Restoration to come out and clean the carpet in my home. My pets and kids had tracked so much dirt and mud in that I thought it would be impossible to get it to come clean. A friend of mine spoke highly of Downriver Cleanup & Restoration, so I decided to give them a call. Not only were they very professional and caring, but with their unique carpet cleaning tools and solutions, my carpet now looks like new. I am so glad I decided to go with them.
