JDog Junk removal is always my first go to. He is quick and affordable, but it doesn't always have to be junk I have recommended him for hotter removal and to friends that are moving from one side of town to the other.”

“My husband and I purchased a foreclosed home last year that had been vandalized to the point of having the electrical box stolen and the wires cut above the box. The entire house was a mess, including missing furnace, hot water tank, wiring, etc. Our first order of business was to get heat in the house, but first had to find an electrician. We interviewed and received bids from three contractors, Lane Electric being one of them. Dan came out, gave us an estimate, and we hired him based on his professionalism, and a bid we could work with. He and his crew came the same day we had the new furnace and hot water tank installed so all involved could work together. They had a big job ahead of them and he and his crew got right to work. They explained along the way if I had questions, worked as a team, and worked side by side with our other contractor. There was a problem with our bedroom light (which was NOT on the bid) and Dan grabbed a ladder and fixed it without question. Oh, did I mention that since the house had sat empty for many, many months, there was water underneath and one of his crew had to crawl underneath to complete the job? No grumbling; he just did it. And the hole around the electrical box in the front yard? Dan had to shovel dirt, rocks and water from the area to complete the hookup to the house. Needless to say, when he flipped the switch after completion of the project, I felt like I'd won the lottery! Dan and his crew were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and kept to task, AND even though they went the extra mile, came in exactly as bid. We recommend Lane Electric without question and will call them back if we have any electrical issues in the future. Thank you, Dan!”

“We have found the best electrical service in the area. We have tried a couple of others over the years and they were okay. We had another company that we set an appointment with a week ago this past Monday. On Monday they never showed up and I called them and they said they had to cancel due to Covid. We gave them our phone # and email address but we were never contacted. So I called several other electricians in the area and could not get anyone, voicemail, no answer or were booked up. I called Benchmark on Monday but got voice mail also. A few minutes later Ed, from Benchmark, called me back. I gave him our problem and he called us Tuesday and came out to look at the project (small job). He was very pleasant and personable. It was a pleasure to be able to have a genuine smile, great attitude and professional demeanor rolled into one. (Not very many of these lately). He gave us an estimate and said he would be out that afternoon or out today. He called late yesterday and said his men would be out this morning at 09:00AM. They were a few minutes early and had the job done in an hour. The men were also very personable, informative and knowledgeable. Very professional crew. They were able to do it for under their estimate and completed it that same day. They were professional and prompt. They even helped me to work with my insurance company.
