Reset nails and patched, install light in bathroom and hung mirrors, installed outdoor light and Miscellaneous other items that needed to be done to put home on market. “We had an additional GFI circuit installed in our basement for 8 outlets. Ferrer's also wired an outside socket to power our electrical box from our generator. The work was completed on schedule and cost exactly as the estimate provided and the quality of the work was outstanding. Overall the service was excellent and the finished project exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with everything and will have no doubt re hiring for any future work when the time comes and have no hesitstion recommending Ferrer's.”
